Health & Safety Manager - Data Analyst

We're looking for a Health & Safety Data Analyst to join to join a large global facilities management firm.

You will create structure from a mass of seemingly chaotic data, providing our clients with valuable insights that are compelling, actionable, relevant to their strategy, and often unexpected.

Key performance indicators include:

Having a solid understanding of our clients' strategies and objectives as it relates to the sentiment they're tracking

Working with the Health & Safety team to ensure data feed is accurate and relevant data is being analysed.

Presenting insights to team and clients when required, utilise effective verbal communication and exceptional presentation skills

To make a success of it, we figure you'd need a relevant tertiary qualification with an emphasis on Safety and /or Statistics, combined with a proven track record in analysing a combination of quantitative and qualitative data and finding insights that matter.

Exceptional critical reasoning skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consolidate quality information in a deadline-driven environment, is important. You'd need to be able to balance time for thinking with time for execution, and being willing to learn as you go, being naturally curious enough to stay progressive in your work.

An understanding of the trends, challenges and pitfalls of the opinion mining and data analysis arena are an advantage.
