Hybrid with homeworking (location flexible), £55,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and improving Occupational Health clinical standards across multiple sites
• Owning Occupational Health governance, quality and audit
• Strengthening Occupational Health surveillance programmes (spirometry, audiometry, health assessments)
• Providing expert Occupational Health advice to HR, HSE and operational leaders
• Coaching and developing colleagues and team members
• Using modern Occupational Health systems to streamline and enhance service delivery
• Driving continuous improvement across a tech‑driven, expanding business

About you: Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
• Occupational Health Diploma / Degree or equivalent Occupational Health qualification
• Strong experience working in Occupational Health in multi‑site or complex environments

• Competence in Occupational Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, health assessments)
• Experience delivering Occupational Health clinical governance, quality assurance and audit
• Ability to review and improve Occupational Health clinical practice carried out by others
• Confident using Occupational Health systems and technology‑driven processes
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills and a people‑centred approach
