About the Role
Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a well-established construction company delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Yorkshire and the East Midlands, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support site teams and ensure high standards of compliance and safety performance across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide practical health & safety support and guidance to site management teams

• 
  

  Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks

• 
  

  Assist in the preparation and review of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

• 
  

  Support the investigation of incidents and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented

• 
  

  Deliver toolbox talks and actively promote a positive safety culture

• 
  

  Ensure compliance with current UK legislation, including CDM Regulations

About You

• 
  

  NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)

• 
  

  Experience within the construction sector

• 
  

  Strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation

• 
  

  Confident communicator with the ability to influence site teams and stakeholders

• 
  

  Able to manage workload across multiple projects

• 
  

  Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Yorkshire and the East Midlands
