About the Role
Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a well-established utilities contractor operating across the Midlands. Due to continued growth and project wins, they are seeking a proactive and competent Health & Safety Advisor to support operational teams and drive high standards of safety performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide day-to-day health & safety support to site teams across utilities and infrastructure projects

• 
  

  Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

• 
  

  Support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

• 
  

  Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and toolbox talks

• 
  

  Assist in the development and review of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

• 
  

  Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on all HSE matters

About You

• 
  

  NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)

• 
  

  Experience within utilities, civil engineering, or construction environments

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations

• 
  

  Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

• 
  

  Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
