About the Role
Assured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a well-established utilities contractor operating across the Midlands. Due to continued growth and project wins, they are seeking a proactive and competent Health & Safety Advisor to support operational teams and drive high standards of safety performance across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day health & safety support to site teams across utilities and infrastructure projects
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and toolbox talks
Assist in the development and review of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on all HSE matters
About You
NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
Experience within utilities, civil engineering, or construction environments
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Midlands
