Job Title: Safety, Health, Environment Advisor

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £45 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Sector: Warehousing and Logistics

You’ll be championing Health & Safety across a large, semi- automated warehouse, conducting and managing risk assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing practical solutions

You will also design and roll-out new procedures that elevate safety and drive continuous improvement

You’ll deliver engaging training sessions and support a strong safety culture through hands-on involvement and proactive communication

About you

• Proven experience in Health & Safety within warehousing, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments
• A practical, hands-on approach to safety and compliance
• Confidence in influencing change and communicating effectively across teams
• NEBOSH Certificate (ideal if you have completed or are currently studying a Level 6 Diploma, but not essential)
• A genuine passion for safety and a desire to elevate standards across the board
