- Proven experience as an HSE or Health & Safety Manager within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or another fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Experience implementing and improving HSE management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
What's on Offer
- £65,000 salary.
- Excellent benefits package.
- Opportunity to join a leading European manufacturing group.
- Genuine autonomy to shape the HSE agenda at site level.
- Exposure to a wider European HSE network and best practice.
- Long-term career progression within an international organisation.
- A business investing in its people, facilities and future growth.
