Assured Safety have an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to work on an initial 6-month contract for a Midlands based organisation seeking additional resource with the Health & Safety team during a maternity leave. The role offers the suitable candidate an opportunity to work in a diverse and multi risk environment where the public are regualry onsite.
The purpose of the role is to provide Health and Safety advice and support to the business as required. To monitor H&S compliance measured against health and safety legislation and industry best practice. To support the Business via the provision of H&S strategies, initiatives, policies and procedures.
Qualified to a minimum of NEBOSH general or equivalent. They also keen for candidates to have previous Fire safety experience this idelally will be backed with the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate. Previous experience that would be of interest include:- retail, healthcare, transport hubs, festivals, entertainment industry, sporting events.
