The Role
As the IMS Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
You’ll work closely with project teams, safety and quality professionals, and senior leadership to embed best practices across multiple construction sites and support the company’s ambitious growth and compliance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and continual development of the company’s IMS framework (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Act as the main liaison with external auditors and certification bodies.
- Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and oversee corrective action processes.
- Keep the IMS aligned with evolving legal and industry standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Deliver training and support across departments to promote IMS awareness and engagement.
- Generate regular performance reports and KPIs for senior management review.
- Contribute to risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an Integrated Management System in a construction or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead Auditor qualification (desirable) or significant internal/external audit experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site construction setting is highly desirable.
