Salary: £30 - £36,000 pro rata
About
Assured Safety Recruitment are partnering with a unique organisation, with strong work life balance policies, to recruit a Health and Safety Officer to join their small Health and Safety Team.
The role
You will support operations in Kent, providing health and safety training and developing initiatives to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
You will support with accident investigations and recommendations for remedial actions.
You will represent the health and safety function at local meetings, contributing to improvements in health and safety systems and procedures and assisting in implementation.
You will review risk assessments, conduct health and safety inspections, and identify areas of improvement.
You will input and analyse health and safety related data.
Role Criteria
Nebosh Certificate or similar qualification and have experience of working as health and safety in a large organisation.
Data input and analysis and training delivery experience is essential.
Hours can be worked over either 4 or 5 days.
