- Description
We are currently recruiting a Health and Safety Administrator on behalf of one of our Multinational engineering clients to work on a 12-month initial fixed term contract.
An exciting new role to support the health and safety department in delivering the health and safety agenda to the wider business. Ideally you will be holding an IOSH managing safely and passionate about health and safety.
Role is to support HSE department with admin activities, dept covers one of the main UK sites in Coventry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting manager with admin activities to coordinate HSE training (DSE Training etc)
- Updating safety and environmental system, planned change of database used so supporting with all admin change management activities, moving data from one platform to another
- Taking minutes in HSE meeting
- Supporting admin associate to risk assessments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HSE qualification, ideally IOSH
- Passion for Health and Safety
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft package (Word, Excel etc)
- Ability to multitask
The role offers excellent scope and would give great experience withing a large manufacturing firm.
