We have an exciting senior leadership role within Health & Safety.

Main Responsibilities
As Head of Health & Safety, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future agenda of H&S by developing the Group wide strategy and overseeing the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures.
You’ll work across our clients manufacturing Units to pro-actively support the prevention of work injuries and illnesses, reviewing trends and outputs from incident investigations to put in place preventive measures to reduce future incidents.

You’ll provide direction across the health and safety function and champion a programme that promotes a positive health and safety culture, liaising with employees across the business.

In your lead role within Health and Safety for the Group you’ll be responsible for interpreting any changes to national H&S regulations, recommending changes in policy and procedures where necessary to ensure compliant and standardised practice is adopted across the business.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll have a strong understanding of current H&S legislation with relevant industry qualifications. You’ll have prior experience of working at a senior level within a Health and Safety leadership role.

You’ll have a track record of implementing behavioural H&S culture change and a background of managing the Health and Safety function across a multi-site environment, ideally within manufacturing.

We’ll be looking for you to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business to drive engagement of the H&S agenda
