The Company:
Assured Safety Recruitment is working with an international plant hire company, who seek a new Fleet and Building Maintenance Coordinator to join their HSQE and Facilities team.
About the role:
As Fleet and Building Maintenance Manager, your role is to ensure the Company's fleet of vehicles are maintained to meet HSQE and legal standards. You will also provide support and coordination for building repairs and maintenance.
Duties will include but are not limited to: -
- The control of Company vehicles:
- Ensuring operation in accordance with legislation and regulations
- Managing vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Monitoring driver behaviour
- Inspection of vehicles and record keeping.
- Building maintenance and contractor control.
- Control of company Key Cabinet.
Your experience:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a commercial industry (preferably rail). You will have worked with Builders and Contractors previously and have good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, as well as building repairs and maintenance.
