We are recruiting for a Operations Manager with significant LEAN experience to lead the distribution function from their flagship site near Nottingham.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

· ensuring the effective and efficient management of the logisitics hub within budget and above the minimum service levels

· developing and motivation of the team

· ensuring the timely execution of inbound, pick and outbound operations

· the inventory management throughout the facility

· the contribution to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

· maintaining the health, safety, and facilities of the site

The Successful Applicant

• A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.
• A minimum of 3+ years Logistics management experience (ideally as a Warehouse Manager).
• Have significant experience of LEAN methodologies.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be results driven.
