We are seeking a Health & Safety specialist with Security expertise to manage a flagship property for a leading Hotel group.

As our Safety & Security Manager, you will play an integral part in all matters relating to Health & Safety and the Security of guests, Team and Hotel Building.

You will manage and develop the hotel wide culture of compliance and awareness to the highest level; develop & maintain departmental security & safety procedures;

Be the leader for the in-house health & safety team; developing them to ensure complete hotel compliance; and be an integral operational manager, leading and developing a dedicated team of Security Officers.

Joining the independently owned hotel as the Safety & Security Manager, you will help build a supportive and social place.  Embedding a Health & Safety culture around the establishment and leading the 400 strong team towards Health & Safety excellence.

You background and previous experience will be within the Leisure or hospitality sectors.
