A fantastic opportunity with our client, a prestigious organisation operating in the Energy industry who seek a HSQE Manager to join their team in Staffordshire.
Reporting to the board and managing a team of advisors, you will be responsible for managing the organisations HSQE systems and procedures. You will develop strategies for the department to ensure organisational goals are achieved, including budget management, team management whilst creating a positive Health and Safety culture. You will work with clients to ensure joint goals are achieved on all projects from a HSQE perspective.
Candidates will hold the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) as a minimum Health & Safety qualification. You will have previous success in a senior HSQE post and managing teams. You must have experience working with accredited management systems and knowledge of current CDM regulations. Experience working within the energy industry will be particularly advantageous. Some travel will also be expected in this role. You will also hold qualifications in Quality and Environmental Management.
