Internal Health & Safety Consultant

We are in search of an outstanding Internal Health and Safety Consultant to join our client expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in advancing workplace safety by creating top-notch training materials, offering expert advice, managing audits, and more, with the goal of driving significant change and promoting success in various organizations throughout the UK.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, revise, and maintain up-to-date health and safety training materials to ensure compliance with current legal standards and regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on health and safety matters through dedicated advice channels and advisory services.
• Supervise and manage audit processes for accrediting bodies and ISO, ensuring adherence to our high standards of excellence and compliance.
• Review consultancy work to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
• Identify and assess subcontractors to support comprehensive health and safety services delivery.
• Conduct virtual compliance audits, offering valuable assistance to our advisory member clients.
• Stay updated on the latest health and safety legislation and best practices, incorporating this knowledge to continually improve our service offerings.
• Offer post-training support, including NEBOSH referrals, to ensure sustained impact and understanding.

Job Requirements:

• Nebosh Certifcate as a minumim
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
